As the founder of Dare To Lead, her global experiences have shaped her unique perspective and fueled her passion for creating positive change. A fierce advocate for honesty, equity, and justice, Gaby thrives on uplifting and supporting others in their passions—something she’s excited to bring to this work.

Executive DirectorGaby started out dreaming of being a fashion photographer, but her path led her to a meaningful mission in culture and gender advocacy. With a passion for storytelling and a knack for organization, she’s all about crafting projects that promote inclusivity and equity. She attended law school but discovered her true passion in coding and supporting youth advocacy and leadership during political turmoil in El Salvador. Now, she spends her time building dreams online and diving into mangas and comics whenever she can.

With over 8 years of experience and a master’s degree in Branding and Packaging from BAU, Barcelona, she’s a pro at bringing ideas to life.
